With the success of our small batch club program, we have received lots of requests to help fundraise for other community groups!

we are so thrilled to launch this new fundraising program to help support more local groups doing great work for families within our community!

HOW IT WORKS FOR THE September 2025 CAMPAIGN

1. APPLY: applications are open AUG 5 through AUG 15 to join the SEPTEMBER 2025 campaign. {applications are closed}

2. SELL: FROM SEPTEMBER 1- 15, sell as many C&B pints as you can bY directing them to our order site.  It's all online!  PRE ORDER HERE!

3. BUY: Supporters designate your organization AS A BENEFICIARY OF THE ORDER’S PROCEEDS. ORGANIZATIONS WILL RECEIVE $4 from each pint sale. 

4.  PICK UP: Supporters pick up their order from our Clays Mill location FROM SEPTEMBER 21 - 30, 2025. LOCAL PICK UP ONLY. NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROGRAM.

5. get paid: We send your organization a DONATION check BY OCTOBER 15, 2025!  

AUGUST 5 - AUGUST 15, 2025 - Applications OPEN for the September 2025 campaign.

AUGUST 18, 2025 - Program applicants are notified of participation status.

AUGUST 20, 2025 - Program participants receive digital assets for the campaign.

SEPTEMBER 1, 2025 - CAMPAIGN KICKS OFF! Campaign participants direct supporters to purchase PINTS FOR A PURPOSE online and have them designate their group to receive proceeds. PRE-ORDER HERE!

SEPTEMBER 21 - 30, 2025 - Supporters from the September Campaign can pick up their PINTS FOR A PURPOSE ORDER from our Clays Mill Location in Lexington, KY.

OCTOBER 15, 2025 - Proceed checks are mailed to participating organizations of September’s Campaign.

FAQs

WHO CAN APPLY TO PARTICIPATE?

School groups, booster clubs, non-profit organizations, dance teams, etc. We ask that your group have some affiliation with a non-profit organization.

How often can we participate?

Right now, we are running 2 campaigns a year, one in September and one in March. Organizations can participate in both campaigns if they choose to.

How do i apply to participate?

Applications for the September Campaign have closed. We have 2 campaigns each year, in March and September.

how do supporters purchase pints?

The Pints for a Purpose order site will be live March 1st - 15th for the March Campaign and September 1st- 15th for the September Campaign.

do you ship pints for a purpose?

NO. Pints for a Purpose is only available for local pick up. We are not able to ship these pints.

Is there a cost to participate?

There is NO FEE to participate.
